The journey through my Hacienda, guided by the tropical mountain winds, has inspired my devotion for the art of roasting arabica beans.For many years I've worked along with my family in my compromise of producing an exceptional gourmet coffee pure and delicious. I managed to do it by keeping the traditional methods somewhat forgotten... sun-dried and firewood roasted.

The handpicked beans that gave birth to Quality Coffee are carafully selected and separated to guarantee that the "popping" noise that I hear while they roast anticipates of the love it will inspire in you forever.

El cafe es un de semilla 100% arabica y no es mezclao con otras semillas como lo que se vende por ahi.  Lo que empacan es lo que cosechan en la finca.  El cafe es bien puro, no usan quimicos en sus plantas asi que el sabor esta brutal.  Es cafe "gourmet" y el precio por libra es $11.00.   Vale la pena pagarlo porque Mari me acaba de colar un poquito, y el sabor esta brutal !!.  Ademas, hay que apoyar a nuestros agricultores que mantienen las tradiciones de nuestra isla viva.
